ROOM AVAILABILITY:
A limited number of standard guest rooms were block-booked for IFFO delegates. These rooms are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and IFFO cannot guarantee a room at the event hotel. Once all block rooms have been allocated, you may need to find your own alternative accommodation. Therefore, we encourage you to register early.
Rooms in the IFFO block are for registered delegates and only one room per delegate can be booked. Any additional bookings in the same name, will likely result in cancellation.
The event hotel is a Smoke Free Property.

Guestroom rates are quoted in US dollars (US $) per night. Group rates are valid for the period 16-24 October but are subject to availability.

Room rates exclude tax (currently 21%) and city tax (currently $1.50 per person, per night) which will need to be added. Rates of tax are subject to change and as a result the final amount of payment according to the hotel will be amended in line with any change in applicable taxes.
Payment: Accommodation is secured by credit card during online booking. All room costs and any extras/incidentals shall be paid directly by the guest.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the room rate. On IFFO event days, breakfast will be served in the Retiro Room from 07:00-10:00 (exclusive to IFFO delegates staying at the event hotel). On other days, breakfast will be served in Buono Italian Kitchen, the main breakfast room.
For any guest taking breakfast through Room Service, the Hotel will charge the rate à la carte (Room Service menu) to the guests’ individual accounts, to be settled before departure.
