REGISTRATIONS
All changes to or cancellation of REGISTRATIONS must be directed to events@iffo.com as soon as possible. Requests will not be accepted by telephone. If you cancel your registration on or before Friday 2 October, your registration fee will be refunded after the event. If you cancel after this date, your registration fee will not be refunded.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center (event hotel)
All room bookings, changes and cancellations are the responsibility of the delegate. If you have any queries, you can contact the hotel direct by email.
To make a change to, or to cancel, a ROOM BOOKING, delegates should do so as soon as possible, but before the accommodation deadline of Wednesday 7 October, direct to the hotel by email. Please ensure to include your name and hotel reservation number (which can be found in your accommodation confirmation) in any communication with the hotel. The hotel will not be able to consider your request without this reference number.
The cancellation policy at the event hotel can be found online when you book accommodation.
