To book a guestroom from the IFFO block:
Registered delegates will need to book direct with the hotel via a special link issued after you register. Further details can be found via www.iffo.com/annual-conference-2025/process-book-room.

Hotel’s cancellation policy:
Cancellations can be made without charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received 13 days or fewer before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay will apply. Accommodation cancellation cut-off is based on JST local time in Japan.

HILTON HOTEL TOKYO (event hotel)

Hilton Tokyo ROH double Each guestroom features a king bed or two single beds and is furnished with a LCD television, work desk and complimentary internet. The bathroom includes a combined bath and/or shower, hairdryer and deluxe toiletries.

Guestroom rates are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) per night. Group rates are valid for the period 14 – 26 October but are subject to availability.

Rooms in the IFFO block are for registered delegates and only one room per delegate can be booked.

Room rates include buffet breakfast in the restaurant, 13% service charge, 10% taxes, occupancy tax and internet in room. Rates of tax are subject to change and as a result the final amount of payment according to the hotel will be amended in line with any change in applicable taxes. Room rates exclude all other meals.

Payment: Accommodation plus any extras and incidentals shall be paid directly by the guest. In addition, note that a Porter Charge applies of JPY 385 per item per way.

Smoking is Strictly Prohibited in the hotel. A fee of JPY 25,000 for rehabilitation and cleaning will be imposed for any violations in guestrooms.

With regard to the Accommodation deadline, this relates to rooms in the IFFO block at the event hotel. However, please note that if all block rooms sell before the deadline, it will be necessary for delegates to make their own alternative arrangements.

To help you secure the room of your choice please book early as rooms are available strictly on a first-come first-served basis.

EXECUTIVE LOUNGE

Guests of a Junior Suite Executive Room as marked in the table above, can enjoy access to the Executive Lounge on the 37th floor, offering panoramic views of Tokyo. Executive benefits include complimentary breakfast, refreshments and evening cocktails.

The Executive Lounge is open 7 days a week from 06:30 until 20:30.

          Breakfast:   06:30-10:30.
          Refreshments:   11:00-17:00 and 19:00-20:30.
          Cocktails:   17:00-19:00.

BREAKFAST

Hilton Tokyo Marble Lounge Buffet breakfast, served in the Marble Lounge on Level 1 of the hotel, is available from 06:00 until 10:30 and is included in the room rate.

Guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to notify the Restaurant Reception staff, who will provide guidance on how their needs are accommodated at the Breakfast Buffet.

For any guest taking breakfast through Room Service, the Hotel will charge the rate à la carte (Room Service menu) to the guests’ individual accounts, to be settled before departure.
