Hotel’s cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made without charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received 13 days or fewer before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay will apply. Accommodation cancellation cut-off is based on JST local time in Japan.

HILTON TOKYO (event hotel)
The hotel rises prominently above Shinjuku, Tokyo’s largest entertainment, business, and shopping district, and is connected to the Tokyo Metro through an underground walkway. Guests can stay active by enjoying rooftop tennis or the heated indoor pool (charges/restrictions may apply), or can relax in the health club's sauna and whirlpool.
The hotel features a variety of dining options, including sushi and teppanyaki grills, steak and seafood or modern Chinese cuisine. Guests can visit an English-style pub or the stylish bar that hosts live music.
The Hilton Tokyo is located approximately 16 kilometres (10 miles) from Haneda airport and 48 kilometres (29 miles) from Narita Airport. Transfer between the airport and the hotel is the responsibility of each delegate and there is no formal arrangement for airport transfers.

GUEST ROOM AVAILABILITY - HILTON TOKYO
A limited number of standard guest rooms have been block-booked for IFFO delegates. Please note that rooms are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all block rooms sell, IFFO will not be able to guarantee a room at the event hotel and it will be necessary for delegates to arrange their own alternative accommodation. Therefore, we encourage you to register early.
