We offer a range of packages and options to our sponsors, but recognise that you may have specific requests for your presence at the Annual Conference and we are happy to discuss tailoring packages to meet those needs. All items and packages are on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to apply
Please email us if you are interested in sponsoring the conference. Please note the deadlines in the terms & conditions below:
Terms & Conditions
- Full payment and sponsor logo must be received no later than 30 days after the date of booking or before the final deadline (whichever is first). After this deadline items/packages can be made available to other sponsors.
- All sponsorship packages need to be agreed and paid fully by 8th September, with a 10% non-refundable deposit payable on receipt of the invoice.
- Payments need to be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer in USD $ only. Any bank charges or exchange rate differentials must be covered by the payee.
- All opportunities, including items being supplied by the sponsor, must be pre-approved by IFFO. All costs and logistics of supplying and shipping items to the conference venue are the sponsor’s responsibility. If items are not supplied in time, IFFO holds the right to retain any payment already received.
