IFFO has agreed a group room rate at the conference hotel, however, the process to book a guestroom has changed and registered delegates who want to book a room will now need to do so direct with the hotel.
Once you have registered to the event, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the link to book a room from the IFFO block. These rooms are for registered delegates and only one room per delegate can be booked.
You will need to provide a credit card in order to secure your reservation, however, you will not be charged at the time of booking.
Delegates should note the Changes and Cancellations policy / deadline at www.iffo.com/annual-conference-2023/changes-and-cancellations.
To make a change to a reservation, delegates should do so by email direct to [email protected] at the Westin Cape Town hotel as soon as possible. Please ensure to include your name and hotel reservation number (which can be found in your accommodation confirmation) in any communication with the hotel. The hotel will not be able to consider your request without this reference number.
However, it is important to note that if you wish to cancel a room delegates should do so by emailing [email protected].
