Members' Meeting 2024 15-17 April - Miami, U.S.A.

All delegates are responsible for checking their own visa requirements, and we recommend that you check with the U.S. Embassy in your country for the latest updates.  You should make your visa application as soon as possible and with plenty of time before you travel.

Once you have registered for the event, should you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, please contact the IFFO office by emailing [email protected].  You will need to supply the following details exactly as they appear in your passport:

     Full Name:
     Passport Number:
     Passport expiry date:
     Date of birth:

Please note: this letter of invitation is NOT a replacement for a visa.  It is the delegate's own responsibility to ensure that they have the correct documentation in place.  IFFO holds no responsibility for any delegate who does not gain entry to the country.

For many countries, visitors require a passport with at least 6 months validity from their last day of return travel.  You may be denied entry if your passport expiry date isn't valid for at least 6 months after the date you are due to return.  We strongly advise you to check with your travel agent/airline what your requirements are.

You should also ensure that your passport has two blank facing pages.  Certain countries will deny entry without it.

All delegates are responsible for checking any Covid-19 restrictions that may apply to them, including any country specific restrictions and vaccination/testing requirements.

KEEP YOURSELF AND OTHERS SAFE - Although the emergency phase of COVID-19 is over, protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol-based rub frequently. It is important to practice respiratory etiquette, for example by coughing into a flexed elbow, and if you feel unwell or have high temperature, please avoid contact with people until you recover.
