Enjoy a panoramic city tour of Buenos Aires, designed to showcase the city’s most iconic landmarks, historic quarters, and grand avenues. The journey begins at Plaza de Mayo, the political and historical heart of the city, where you’ll see the Presidential Palace (Casa Rosada), the Metropolitan Cathedral of Buenos Aires, and the colonial-era Cabildo of Buenos Aires.

From there, the tour continues through the revitalised waterfront district of Puerto Madero, before travelling along the city’s grand boulevards, including the impressive 9 de Julio Avenue, one of the widest avenues in the world, and May Avenue Buenos Aires, known for its European-style architecture. You’ll also pass the Argentine National Congress, an architectural highlight of the city.

The tour then explores the characterful neighbourhoods of San Telmo, famed for its cobbled streets and tango heritage, and La Boca, one of the city’s most vibrant districts. Here, you’ll encounter the colourful Caminito street, widely regarded as the birthplace of tango culture.

Participants should wear comfortable footwear.

We invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening in the Libertador Ballroom at the Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center.

Guests will enjoy a carefully curated dining experience showcasing the flavours of Argentina, accompanied by wines from some of the country's most renowned wine regions.

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, offering the opportunity to connect with colleagues and friends before moving into the ballroom for dinner, entertainment and dancing.  Please inform us of any dietary requirements when registering. 

The seating capacity at the event hotel is limited and therefore has restricted our numbers for the Gala Dinner to 500.  We know that there is significant interest from our members in attending this event and it is possible that we will be oversubscribed.  Therefore, places at the Gala Dinner will be via conference registration on a first come, first served basis.  We encourage you to register early.
