User and password

IFFO events registration takes place here on our corporate website. On this site you will have a single user and password for the events you register for. 

On the registration form:

If you already have a user for our Members’ Area, please use your registered email in the ‘Delegate Email Address’ field and the system will check your details against the database. If you are logged in, your email should appear automatically. Once registered you can access the Delegates’ Area with the same username and password.

If you do not have a user for our Members’ Area, please enter your corporate email address in the ‘Delegate’s unique Email Address’ field and a new user will be created for you. This must be a unique email in order to create your user, but you can add a different display email address (if you prefer) during the registration process.  Ensure to make a note of your password as you will need this to log into the Delegates' Area.  You will receive an email confirming your username.

The registration fee is $400/person and can be paid by credit card/Wechat Pay/China UnionPay. The early bird discounted registration fee is $340/person apply to registrations received on or before Friday 8 May.

NOTE: Accommodation, travel, meals and all other expenses are NOT included. These costs need to be paid for by the delegate.

To book a room at the event hotel

The event hotel will provide a special rate for the delegates to book a room on a first-come, first-served basis. However, registered delegates will need to book directly with the hotel via a special link. Once you have registered to the event, you will receive a confirmation email from IFFO that will include the link to book a room.

Cancellations of registration

All registration cancellations must be directed to [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you cancel your registration on or before Wednesday 3 June 2026, your registration fee will be refunded after the event. If you cancel after this date, your registration fee will not be refunded.

Cancellations of hotel room

The cancellation or change of hotel room must be directed to the hotel by e-mail to [email protected] and should apply to the hotel's cancellation policy.
