Below are the deadlines for registration and accommodation bookings:

Early Bird Registration:  Friday 21 August

Final Registration (subject to venue capacity) *:  Friday 2 October

Accommodation booking at event hotel (subject to availability) **:  Wednesday 7 October

Accommodation cancellation or amendments at event hotel ***: refer to your hotel booking confirmation

Please note:

*   if the event reaches capacity before the registration cut-off date, registrations may close early.

**   rooms are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and IFFO cannot guarantee a room at the event hotel.  Once all block rooms have been allocated, you may need to find your own alternative accommodation.  Therefore, we encourage you to register early. 

***   the cancellation policy at the event hotel can be found online when you book accommodation.  All room bookings and cancellations are the responsibility of the delegate.  If you have any queries, please contact the hotel direct.
