IFFO is coming back to Asia for our first Annual Conference held in Tokyo, Japan. As the world leader in total output of fishery and aquaculture products, Asia leads the way in local consumption of seafood, and Japan hosts some of the largest fish farming and seafood companies. Held from 20 to 22 October, this conference will provide a unique overview of the marine ingredients industry, delving into the latest market data and trends from across IFFO’s extensive network. Taking a broadened approach, discussions will explore the aquafeed ecosystem, challenges and opportunities relating to geopolitics, regulations, trade patterns as well as climate change.  

Once again, we will be running our flexible programme to provide more choice to attendees. We will have a mix of insightful half day sessions, featuring around 25 speakers, then afternoon side events and two evening networking events. The two optional side events will look at by-products with MarinTrust, and an industry led side event focusing on Japanese seafood and the role of marine ingredients.
