Below are the deadlines for registration and accommodation bookings:

Early Bird Registration :  Friday 22 August

Accommodation booking at event hotel (subject to availability) * :  Tuesday 16 September

Registration (subject to venue capacity) ** :  Friday 3 October

Accommodation cancellation at event hotel ***: 14 days prior to your arrival date (Japan local time JST)

*  Please note that rooms are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and if all block rooms sell before the accommodation cut-off date, IFFO will not be able to guarantee a room at the event hotel.  After the accommodation deadline, you may need to find your own alternative accommodation.  Therefore, we encourage you to register early. 

**  Please note that if the event reaches capacity before the registration cut-off date, registrations may close early.

***  Cancellations can be made without charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received 13 days or fewer before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay will apply.  Accommodation cancellation cut-off is based on JST local time in Japan.
