REGISTRATION

All changes to registrations must be directed to events@iffo.com as soon as possible.  Requests for any amendments to registrations will not be accepted by telephone.

ACCOMMODATION – Hilton Tokyo hotel 

To make a change to an existing room booking, delegates should do so as soon as possible direct to the Hilton Tokyo hotel via the same link used to book the room.  However, in case of any issues, contact the reservations team via email to [email protected].  Please ensure to include your name and hotel reservation number (which can be found in your accommodation confirmation) in any communication with the hotel. The hotel will not be able to consider your request without this reference number. 

A reduction in the number of nights booked can be made with no penalty up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For any reductions received 13 days or fewer before the arrival date, you will be charged for 100% of the total nights cancelled (room rate, service charge and tax).  This is based on JST local time in Japan.

Cancellations

All registration cancellations must be directed to [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you cancel your registration on or before Friday 3 October, your registration fee will be refunded after the event.  If you cancel after this date, your registration fee will not be refunded.

ACCOMMODATION - Hilton Tokyo hotel 

To cancel a room, delegates should do so as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made without charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received 13 days or fewer before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay will apply.  Accommodation cancellation cut-off is based on JST local time in Japan. 

Delegates should contact the Hilton Tokyo hotel direct via the same link used to book the room.  However, in case of any issues, contact the reservations team via email to [email protected]. 

In case of no-shows on the due day of arrival, a refund will not be possible and you will be charged for the TOTAL amount of your entire booking.
