Below are the deadlines for registration and accommodation bookings:

Early Bird Registration :  Friday 6 March

Accommodation booking at event hotel (subject to availability) * :  Thursday 26 March

Accommodation cancellation or amendments at event hotel :  Thursday 26 March

Registration (subject to venue capacity) ** :  Friday 17 April

*  Please note that rooms are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and if all block rooms sell before the accommodation cut-off date, IFFO will not be able to guarantee a room at the event hotel.  After the accommodation deadline, you may need to find your own alternative accommodation.  Therefore, we encourage you to register early. 

**  Please note that if the event reaches capacity before the registration cut-off date, registrations may close early.
