About the October Webinar

Through a keynote speech and a panel discussion, the Opening Session will address the role of blue foods in ensuring food security and how marine ingredients will continue supporting the growth of the aquaculture sector. The Technical Forum will provide an update on omega3 research projects, requirements from the Label Rouge standard and Fishery Improvement Projects (FIPs). Market Forums  will give an overview of the main trends both in terms of supply and demand. Finally, the webinar will end with a panel discussion focusing on climate change, looking at potential impacts at each stage of the value chain and how the industry has been taking action to mitigate them.

The IFFO October webinar will take place over three days from Tuesday 19 to Thursday 21 October 2021, commencing at 2pm each day but please log in 5 minutes before. The webinar will take place in English via the Zoom platform and we will utilise the simultaneous interpretation feature for Spanish.  The Zoom Webinar sessions will be recorded and added to the members area of www.iffo.com.

There will be time for brief questions following each presentation and delegates can submit a written question via the webinar platform.
